Service Description

Can't make it to a session, we can write a personalised program for you to take to any gym or to train at home. Train with the confidence of having a plan. Plans are for 4 weeks and include 60min planning and testing session, Pre-exercise questionaire, movement screen and a weekly 15min Zoom call.
